The Panel Home system is not a kit home but an alternative to traditional brick veneer. Its all about the precast concrete walls & their benifits. After 10 days, at lockup stage, the fitout is no different to any other house. The Panel Home is engineer designed & approved & meets all BCA, ABS, BASIX & Council requirements.
